2008 and Consolidation

There is an introduction to 2008 and a notice about the April and May Joint Rallies with Top-O-Texas and Texas Plains. I’m starting this article so that anyone that wants to can comment here on the discussions about maybe (this has not even been proposed yet; only discussions) consolidating with other Units.
